The short answer
There is no single price. A private LTE or 5G network (often on CBRS spectrum) is priced from the space it has to cover, how many radios that takes, the core and licensing model, and the installation work. A site survey is the only way to get a real number.
What drives the cost
- Coverage area and layout: square footage, ceiling height, racking and outdoor yards change how many radios you need.
- Building materials: metal, concrete and dense inventory absorb signal and add radios.
- Radios and antennas: indoor versus outdoor units, and mounting heights that may need a lift.
- Core and licensing: cloud-managed or on-site core, plus SIMs for each device.
- Cabling and power: runs back to switches, PoE budget and network closet space.
- Devices: scanners, gateways, cameras or vehicles that need LTE/5G support.
Why the survey comes first
An RF site survey measures how signal actually behaves in your building and shows where radios go. It prevents the two expensive mistakes: buying too many radios, or too few and chasing dead zones after go-live.
Validation after install
A good install ends with walk testing: measuring coverage and throughput against the plan and fixing gaps before handoff, so you know the network does what you paid for.
How we help
Strategix handles RF site surveys, installation and network validation for private LTE and 5G, and works as the installation crew for partners and integrators. Tell us about your site.
