Will you compete with us for the customer?
No. You own the client relationship and the solution. We do the on-site work and report back to you. We don't sell managed services, monitoring or help desk.
Can your techs show up under our company name?
Yes. We can work as your field team and follow your client-facing rules for communication, dress and check-in.
Where do you work?
We're based in Louisville, Kentucky, and work across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. We also travel for multi-site rollouts; send us the locations and we'll confirm coverage.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We can send a certificate of insurance for your project or client on request.
How do you price work?
Per project or per drop for cabling, and by scope or by the hour for service calls and smaller jobs. Send the scope and we'll quote it.
